A fast and frightening chase down Interstate highways in Savannah, GA ended with a man in handcuffs. It all started early Wednesday afternoon, after a Hardeeville, GA officer tried to pull over a stolen pickup truck. Tape from the officer's dashboard camera shows even police were worried about what this suspect would do next. After a short chase, police had the man in custody. They finally identified him as 24-year-old James Young, from Savannah. He's now facing a slew of charges from the chase, and from what they found in the stolen truck.
