did that change this administration's policy? no, because they're looking the same as the last administration in regards to foreign policy -- and giving us more enemies to deal with than before

HELL no that is not the fukking view of Afghans,Karzai's speach makers did a good job on telling Karzai what to say no matter what he is a puppet the only person he is fooling is him self.If all those NATO and ISAF pullout they will take Karzai with them if they leave him in AFGHANISTAN there will be sworms of afghani's going to Karzais house and skinning him alive

So, Karzai's popularity goes down, he complains about the US. That's pretty much how it's been. Really, ask most people in Embedded Transition Teams that Karzai has very little control in the outer regions of Afghanistan. His play is to make the US look bad when he thinks he's looking bad. Afghanistan is a very complicated place where it's hard to understand how you can mention "President" and "Warlord" in the same sentence.
