A roadside bomb in southern Lebanon has hit a UN peacekeeping patrol, security officials have said.
The bomb hit a unit of Tanzanian military police on a bridge in the village of Qasimiyeh, north of the city of Tyre, the officials said.
A UN spokeswoman said no casualties were reported and the organisation was investigating the attack.
Last month six peacekeepers from the UN's Lebanon force were killed when their vehicle was hit by a bomb.
That attack was the first time the UN force in Lebanon (Unifil) had been targeted since it was reinforced following the war between Israel and the Shia Islamist group Hezbollah in July and August last year.
The Unifil force has been deployed in Lebanon since 1978 and now numbers 13,000 soldiers, including contingents from France, Spain, Italy and India.
