Busted slashing tires in Portland, Oregon
So I'm casually strolling downtown Portland when all of a sudden I see a guy on another guy (not unusual for Portland) however, when I heard everyone yelling "KICK HIS ASS SEA BASS" I realized, there was more too it. Turns out the transient was walking down the road slashing every tire he passed. A good Samaritan holds the guy down until police arrive.

Fucking piece of shit. He'll effectively cost each of those people several hundred dollars and they'll have absolutely no choice but to pay it. Average insurance deductible is $500, and a new tire is 2/3 of that.
