For those that don't know...Sauget is basically East St. Louis which is where you absolutely DO NOT want to be anytime after dark unless you go directly into the strip club. Definitely not a place you want to be with strangers...this guy is full of bad decisions and he's just asking for what he got.

@midwestcajun Sauget is mostly a industrial district and the houses aren't like East St.Louis.
East St.Louis is right next door the same as Cahokia, but East St.Louis is a complete shit hole compared to either.
I live close and used to go to pops as a teen for the concerts.This guy is an idiot for letting this black guy named Art drive away with his car.Plus going to pops for beer is stupid, too expensive.
