      It is done in the U.S. and despite claims to the contrary, it is often done as a means of "Birth control."
      Those of us who are opposed are generally referred to as religious nuts.
      But I'm an atheist and know more who are just as sickened by it as any other decent human being.
      Interestingly, the courts don't consider it murder when the mother orders it and a doctor kills the baby, but if a bad guy shoots a pregnant woman, or does something else that kills the fetus he can More..

      I agree with you. Sadly, there is a HUGE number of orphans in the United States already. The foster system is inadequate and corrupt as well. Most of these kids are minorities.

  • Ok, i've never been anti-abortion, but any physician who's ever performed this procedure should be put in front of a firing squad. As if the baby's head still being inside constitutes non-birth and therefore it's ok.

    Is this even legal anywhere in the civilized world?

  • Partial birth abortion is the most controversial form. The argument is that there is no physical difference between a baby about to be born and a baby that has been delivered. The only difference is locational. If you support partial birth abortion, you must logically also accept infanticide.

    • @camy011 considering this method is even a known method shows that humanity is not humane. there is no difference in committing a violent attack on a woman and causing her unborn child at this stage of life to die, since the unborn child hasn't left the mother's body. change the murder charge to forced abortion, and add a criminal sentence to it, but don't call it murder if abortions aren't called murder.

  • Wow I didnt know this is the procedure done on PB. I believe in a womans right but this is just wrong if the baby is developed to that degree. Any "MD" I use MD lightly how do you live with yourself doing this procedure. This is murder.
