@chubachus I'd be equally pissed if it were my car (and you are being presumptuous in assuming it is a Sunni's car, btw), but given the situation where the street shows some signs of fighting - burnt out and abandoned vehicles can also be seen - there's also the question of whether or not the owner cares because they may have fled already.
