It was a military plane painted to look like a civilian airliners. The plane was probably carrying the superduperultimate black ops crews who jumped out at the very last moment so they can plant the bomb, I mean demolition charges. Having done that with both the North and South Tower, they secretly parachute to the WTC7 amid the smoke and confusion. They set the demolition charges on the same WTC7. That was easy to explain.
