Birmingham,England.;5 men have been charged on various counts from racial assault and abuse.
The charges have come after the 2005 Lozells riots,an area of Birmingham after the 5 were
indentified from cctv.
The riots between the Black and Asian community
flared after accusations that an Asian man
had raped a young black girl in the area.
