I have had lower back pain for trhe last three days. Not able to walk outside the house. Using two broomsticks to get around. Effectively a total cripple. Not even able to shower or brush my teeth.
Email my neighbours. Yes, it's that desparate.
Turns-out, their daughter is a Yoga guru. Living just 30ft away.
Get to know you neighbours ;-)
She saw me straight inside just 30mins.
I went from not being able to walk to being able to stand on one leg for the first time in years.
This is a test video. I'm gonna pay her back with more videos of her work.
Worth more than money methinks.
Got my work cut out on that one - there are over 300,000 videos of yoga on YT.
I think the handle will be on Yoga Intervention.
We've all known and laughed about it as a lifestyle for decades.
Perhaps highlighting the intervention value will be a worthwhile addition to our understanding and acceptance of Yoga.
My experience of that is simple.
The current medical thinking on lower back pain is this...
"there is no identified single cause...."
"don't stay in bed more than 2 days"
"Take a pain killer and carry-on...."
I call that ill-informed bullshit.
