HAARP Project Blue Beam's version of 2012s Star Wars
slowed the video down on a 2nd copy and changed contrast/color a bit to show what's happening in the sky a bit better. I didn't see any of this. The camera picks it up better than I do. If you view eye images on facebook page or google Haarp TI, you'll see some of the attachments to my eyes, which explains some of this.

Focused microwave radiation can cause audible noises to be heard by someone and can have very detrimental effects to that persons mental stability (induces schizophrenia) but unless it's purposely done it just sounds like a bunch of hissing and popping.
