Really? Fucking police and their new tactics as using the tazer & pepper spray as a compliance tool. Eventually someone has a heart condition and will die. Better to use the baton, as back in the day. Properly used they are effective and less dangerous.
Don't get me wrong though, this guy deserves a beating... but I've seen too many cops using pepperspray towards football fans who doesn't deserve it.

@Caligula batons leave people bloodied and bruised for a few days and doesnt look good on the cops behalf, tasers have a person looking and acting normal within a matter of minutes or hours, that is unless they have a medical condition which might kill them by being tased

Yeah, but then one should only use the tazers when there is a reason to use a baton. It is not a compliance tool. It is a tool for subduing someone when he is too dangerous to grapple/fight/argue with.
