I like those red plastic cups because they hold a decent amount of cranberry juice. That's a good natural diuretic.
Although there is a common misconception that cranberry juice could be used to "mask" some types of drugs in urine tests, this is a misnomer. Nothing is actually "masked" it just increases urination which speeds up flushing of any residual drug traces.
