In an effort to energize the Left, Union leaders, community groups, and independent-progressive media outlets come together at Netroots Nation 2011 to discuss occupation tactics by seeking to manufacture a crisis for the financial district.

The video also shows the OWS leadership meeting held in a NYC bookstore, paneled by student communist revolutionaries in the process of forming a vanguard for political power. They credit Glen Beck for his insight and reference Francis Fox Piven. A short clip of Glen Beck's analysis is shown, and the video ends questioning @6:30 whether Barney Frank in his denial of F&F financial instability, was following the Cloward-Piven Strategy that seeks the collapse of Capitalism by creating impossible demands.
