Response to biker gets arrested for obstructed plate in Dallas (Police Point of View)

Video response to this featured video: http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=4d6_1340366078

It's funny how those screaming mistreatment by the police always hide the part where they're acting like JACKASSES.
You can clearly see the girl at the end hand off some dope to another biker.

These guys were blocking traffic, performing wheelies, driving the wrong way down the freeway.

Let me clarify this, was the stop on the original video bogus? May or may not have been but after the way those guys acted, they wanted the tape as evidence. I don't fault them for that.
Those cops will be the same ones to come scrape them off the road and box them up for their family when they're killed showing off.

  • So in other words this video has no relation to the other incident and is irrelevant.

  • I've been riding motorcycles since I was old enough to have a license, tards like these folks are the main reason why as a whole, motorcyclists are often disliked.

These yahoos have forgotten that driving is a privilege.

Here's what's wrong with our system, We hate cops, they are always the bad guys when we get busted breaking the law and on the obverse, they are always the bad guys when they don't catch people breaking the law, but, when somebody breaks into your house and robs you blind, you call the very bad guys you hate to begin with.

We want all these laws to protect us and at the same time we hate those very laws because they impede on what we concieve as freedom, we don't like big brother looki More..

  • Wait this is the response to an illegal pull over. Something which didn't have anything to do with the guy pulled over! Only thing the same was he was on a bike at the time! WEAK! Then making up a charge.. *Illegal*

Lets see the cruiser dash cam.. see if the plate was really "obstructed" That will be the way this is settled.

    • @boofhead And the driver of that motorcycle was going along just fine, every other driver was passing him. He ended up at the tail end of the ride and was targeted.

Arrested for license plate obstruction! I had a CHP officer get me on this one in my vehicle once, after she realized how stupid it was of her to pull me over for hitting 42 mph in a 35 zone. It was a fix it ticket and nothing more. Then again, I didn't whine or cry when stopped.

  • Apparently Texas tax dollars haven't been spent on dash cams since the early 80's.

  • This has no relation to what the loser powertripping cop did in the featured video..... no relation at all to this. But this is a badass post, thanks... that girl has balls (or a warrant lol)

  • Yeah? Where's the tape showing the biker we're talking about? And why is his video clear and their video is crap with distorted audio that you can't understand most of it?

Realy dumbass. Mfirst off this is a different cop pulling over a pickup truck that was traveling with the group of bikers because one of the bikes broke down. The original video was shot with a four hundred dollar go pro camera this one is from a cop car camera. The audio is also coming from the cops radio and his microphone. Fuck your dumb.

    • @AceCombat The word is "you're", tard. Good job pointing out exactly the same thing that I did. Completely different people. No excuse for pulling over the guy for having a camera.

How much do you think they paid for the dash cam in the cop car? More than $400, I bet. His mic is also overpriced inferior shit. So my point stands, reinforced by your incoherent babbling.

Wow you are my hero. You should be happy that I just reiterated what your post said. So that would make you right. Instead you call me a tard and try to tell me that the cops camera was more expensive than a simple number I put out there. Good job asshole now go see if anyone is looking in your window stealing your hard thought up posts from the Internet fuckwad.

  • Still no excuse for the unprofessional behavior on the part of the officer. Catch the one who are breaking the law, if you can.

With the partially obstructed plate I understand the purpose of wanting to see what evidence they can find on the video, but the constitution is the law of the land. What's the penalty for the offense? A ticket? Equal protection would require that the police arrest everyone who's plates are obstructed. Maybe the answer is to have some cops on crotch rockets out snaggin More..

  • Different incident, different circumstances, different altogether.

Bottom line is that the right thing needs to be done EVERY TIME, and this is frankly a weak rebuttal to buttress the argument for the infringement of rights in the Chris Moore case.

  • i don't know the specifics of this.

but I will say that I have never seen biker groups like this, where douchebaggary and dumbassedness did not abound.

In almost all cases, (almost), I would say these traffic stops are WELL warranted.

  • This video proves nothing about the original biker. I don't see the original biker anywhere in this footage unless someone wants to point it out for me?

  • Doesn't matter asshole. The guy they arrested had nothing to do with the earlier shit and the cop who did the illegal arrest had nothing to do with it earlier. You fuck wads that like to say it's okay for the police to break the law because someone else somewhere else did something are nothing more than sheep asking to be slaughtered. If they wanted his video for evidence they need to get a warrant. It's that simple. So fuck you.

  • I would have taken shots at both the first rider, second rider and the dumb broad that fled the scene.

    I'd be a dirty cop.
