You can't make shit like this up. Waite for it....who is in the cars, can you spot them, lol. I was on my way to breakfast,and I ran into this, so I had to shoot it. I don't remember the date, but I remember the day, lol. This was a new camera, and new software, so don't bitch about the skills, or lack of them, lol, enjoy. By the way, I was told the city did not pay for any of this, they raised the $$$ on their own, no tax payers were involved.
