I use the amount of graffiti seen in a community to determine how far the local culture has been allowed to deteriorate. I find it nasty, trashy and destructive. In our community the local law hunts down these ass-clowns and makes them pay for their mis-deeds. They should ban the sale/use of spray-paint cans everywhere.
