I'd say the soldiers in this video are extremely brave.
The guy who got shot were able to get up and find cover, after that they begin searching for the sniper.
I would guess none of the soldeirs that got hit died. Just because they fall down doesn't mean they are dead. Its pure natural to fall down if something like the power of a bullet hits you... even in the arm.

Interceptor will stop rifle bullets. multiple impacts even.
Military helmets will NOT stop a rifle bullet. Even one.
A sniper at that range should be taking heads. Ours do.

Any military rifle will pierce a helmet. Even at a distance of 200 meters or more. Even 5.56mm which has been called weak.
Right through the helmet and out the back.
Like I said before: Ineffective sniper.
At this distance, a good sniper will take heads. Period.
