You would think with all the accidents in Russia these Russian firefighters would be absolute champs with their extrication tools like the Jaws and Spreaders, but they are amateurs. Like really bad. Embarrassing.They are doing everything backwards to how it is done in the West. They dont let the tool do the work trying to muscle it themselves...which is something every guy or gal who do it for the first time does.

I have never heard of US Firefighters going over to Russia. I have heard of Police Cross training regarding Russian Mafia type investigations,that's about it.
I know some Military Contractors were hiring firefighters to train Iraqi firefighters a few years ago.I know the pay was crazy good but the dangers were self evident. Never knew anyone who took the offer but it was discussed in the squad bays.
