See, heres the problem. the INA doesnèt control Iraq, at best, it controls Baghdad and thats it.
Because outside of Baghdad, it encounters tribes, highly autonomous and highly mistrusting tribes armed to the teeth, with a hatred of turn-coat traitors such as the INA
