Killing has a numbing yet thrilling effect on some people. The more they do it the less they hesitate to do it again. It also leads some to need the victim to suffer more each time. Once this pathological effect sets in motion it only worsens.
Point being, I am starting to agree with those who believe kill on sight. These people will eventually (if not already) will come to America. Shooting on sight just my be the best thing we can do for them.
