Blow back from the retarded "Arab Spring" destabilization campaign. "We didn't mean freedom for everyone" can be heard in several European Capitals.
Arab Spring was supposed to target certain governments and not all governments in the region. Giving everyone freedom all at once, would be hard to control and unprofitable.
