Something just struck me as ironic.
They use flashbangs to disorient and confuse you. One of the reasons it works is it is so damn loud.
So while your ears are ringing and you can't hear a fucking thing, how do you know who they are and what they are saying??????

Intuition, when a flash bang goes off and you see a heavily armed squad of men wearing helmets and bullet proof jackets it's pretty easy to determine what their motives are.

Yeah but that's just a few moments of disorientation, there is ample time to regain your bearings. I'm sure by the time a flash bang goes off in your face you have a pretty good idea of what's happening. It's not like in games like SWAT 4 and call of duty or whatever, you don't go completely blind and deaf for thirty seconds, it just takes a little bit of time for your pupils to dilate back to the light of the room from the flash of the explosion. - He very well could have been firing in self defense. He was firing through the door, so he couldn't see who was on the other side. Maybe he did know it was a bust, but I'm thinking that he didn't, and that's why he surrendered himself shortly after.

@alberic I believe that they were raiding an illegal immigrant/ drug smuggler's house (or something to that effect). I heard that one of the officers was shot over 20 times.
