@MAKMAK I got the root at the wrong time of year, just as it was getting ready to flower. That is when the root is at it's worst, as nutrients transition from the root up to the top of the plant for flower and seed production. Ideally, one marks where it is at and gets the root in the spring, just as it is sending out its shoots.
This one tasted like bleeeeeech!
