Arrested for having a dog?

A local Ohio self proclaimed rap artist have released this video he took of police officers filming him and his friends at his house, alledgedly for being gang members.

Juding from the tape it would appear the confronted cops were looking for a way to make it look like they had a good reason be filming, in the form of enforcing local dog restraining legislations.

  • How are people not supposed to feel intimidated when groups of adult males hang together, outside, with an un-muzzled pit bull. It would scare me from 100 yards. I do accept they were probably harmless, and arrest was not called for, it just aggravating the situation. People are scared to go out doors these days, a sad fact of life.

    To be fair they were probably gang bangers, but the cops shouldn't be doing obvious recon on a house they suspect to house gang activities. They need to catch them in the act... I really wish they would catch them in the act because they probably are bangers judging by the the way they act.

    As for owning a pitbull, I've never heard of pitbulls being illegal in the U.S..

    • @WingSP117 Another likely scenario. Camera man sure does plug his rap bullshit in numerous times in this clip. However lacking studio and artist names it's a futile effort... Not that such an idiot would know that.

    • @EmrysM The pictures were most likely for ID'ing purposes for possible open investigations in the area, most likely involving 1or more of them. They took big mouth in for giving them enough legal reason, so they can fingerprint him and check the files.

    # 1. Handcuffing.. they were being nice so be thankful they did not.
    # 2. Miranda only needs to be read should 2 things be in place. Detaining ( which was present ) and follow up questioning.. which is not clear..
