@sungam Some states (like California) are called "shall issue" states, which means that the law enforcement authorities in those states have discretionary authority to issue or cancel a carry license.
Most states are called "must issue" states, where only the commission of a felony or being ruled mentally incompetent can prevent/cancel your license.
A couple of states (Arizona and Vermont as I recall?) don't require any kind of concealed carry licensing.

The TSA...I guess.. was operating within their jurisdiction to take away his handgun..their property..
Yet something MMUUCCHH worse is happening when the LOCAL SHERIFF takes away his fuckin' concealed carry permit for something non related..
