High speed impact into the ground. I have seen this twice before and both times it was deliberate. first time was 1987 disgruntled PSA employee took a PSA jet into the ground. Second time was on 9/11 in Pennsylvania. There is not much left when it hits the ground at high speed in a nose down atitude

Could have been on takeoff but during the climb to altitude. It would only take a few minutes to climb above 10k feet so it could of happen a few minutes after takeoff.

They were Iranian, but many were from the Armenian community in Iran.
Old planes should be scrapped and replaced if they can't be properly maintained, which seems to be the case here. They seem to be blaming the Iranian government for this disaster.
It's always the people who pay the price when their governments fail them.

A plane is made of thin light weight aluminum and plastic and can weigh over 200,000 lbs and can travel over 500MPH. There isn't much left when you drive a projectile like that into earth. It's literally a missile loaded with humans.
