Simply put; they are unsuited for civil society, but white-lieberalism entitles and enables this behavior by justifying it.
A slap on the wrist is NOT acceptable punishment for any of the following; 1.) DWI, 2.) refusing lawful commands, 3.) resisting arrest, and 4.) threatening a law enforcement officer... and NONE would be tolerated of white citizens, much less ALL FOUR!
