That is not Brazil, is Venezuela and the "instrument" of work is a "PLANA" (it's "FLAT") and is like a machete or saber with blunt tip and no sharp edges. And hurts like hell... in 3 or 4 days the skin still burn and a week later in the places where you was beaten the skin peel-off.

Yeah, but that would more than likely kill them. Those flat sticks, believe it or not, hurt like a mother fkr and remind you for a good 3-6 months why you shouldn't do what you got whipped for doing. If these cops are smart, they'll round these guys up again in about 10-12 days and whip their asses one more time to solidify the point.....it ALWAYS works.
