Mexican Soccer Player Efrain Juarez Breaks Arm After Tackle

Efraín Juárez, 24 year old defender for the soccer
team Club America suffered painful injury during Copa Mexico match
against Correcaminos. The fall from a tackle bent Efraín Juárez’s arm
inwards, breaking the ligaments of the joint, ending the match for the
player prematurely.
On a positive note – that’s one soccer player who did not fake his
injury. Likewise on a positive note – as you can see from the video, at
the time of his arm break, the match was tied at 0:0. After Efraín
Juárez was removed from the game, his team went to score 6 goals,
winning the game 6:0. Oops…

He's probably faked worse pain than that a hundred times. He's flapping his hand like that calling for them, trying to tell them "no really! I'm actually hurt this time! Seriously!". Worried they weren't going to come help him assuming he was pretending.
