I remember seeing this episode many years ago. It was a very strange story, obviously. I have always wondered what happened to this guy. What was the outcome, if anybody knows?

look at how fat some of those cops are what a disgrace...Police force should be the same as the military...cannot pass a fitness test you are gone

I agree with the fitness statement. However, this guy was on PCP. I remember the story and video from waaay back when.

Not new anyway, I didnt see the Comcast building, which is now the tallest building in center city.
Yea, there is a lot of fat/ old cops in Philly,
but they have a tough job and Philly loses a surprising amount of officers each year. I bet if this scenario were to happen nowadays, there would have been no struggeling to put handcuffs on this guy, they would have gave him a warning, then lit his ass up. Thay have little patience nowadays, understandably so.

He was but thats prpobably standard procedure in that situation. The police dont know whos who and what has happened so he was probably cuffed until everything was figured out by statements and then released. You have to admit that if an officer enters a home and the shooter is clothed and the one that is naked has been shot,the initial thought would be the naked person would be the resident.
