No injuries or serious damage are being immediately reported after a magnitude-5.6 earthquake rattled homes and stores.

This footage is from inside a supermarket in San Jose showing several people running out including a father holding his little girl.

The moderate temblor struck shortly after 8 PM about 9 miles northeast of San Jose....damage from the oct. 30, 2007, 5.6 magnitude earthquake in san jose.

The intensity of the shaking sent residents diving under desks and running outside onto sidewalks.
