@wtfroflcopter I think they know what it is and are trying to fool us. It looks just like a weak version of a vortex (mini tornado) caused by a strong air current like those seen under a powered up propeller or jet engine over a rain-soaked runway. There must be a strong ventilation intake duct nearby.

i can do that too--with my air-compressor and a nozzle.
note how you never see the effect when the entire area is shown on the video?
