@Globalgenocide You don't have a clue dude, You are not allowed to blink left or right before you have looked in the mirrors and looked over your shoulder to see if it's safe and clear to avoid accidents and then you make your turn. That's the international rule for all countries. I think you are a danger in the Australian traffic !!!!

I think you mean that one is not allowed to turn without looking in the mirror and over your shoulder.
Switching on the indicator is as the name says only an indication that you are intending to turn in the direction you're ...well...indicating.

@Aussie clearly you have never been on a bike. That car was at fault for making the illegal U-turn, the bike had no other choice other than to swerve, if you grab the front brake suddenly you will high side and probably die.

Actually, I have been on a bike, and regularly STILL ride (Harley Wide Glide for cruising and GSX for playing). Don't make assumptions you can't back up.
The car IS able to make a U-turn, as the lines are broken. The driver of the car has indicated, and commenced the turn.
The bike rider is trying to overtake multiple cars and clearly going too fast for the situation. I cannot speak for the speed limit.

Reminds me of the morons driving here in the Philippines, they pull far to the right, to turn left. This is the riders fault, it is a dotted line, and he should have been expecting someone turning, when there was a car with its brakes full on (or just almost stopped), but the driver is still an idiot, so it is a tie.

Normally I fault the driver in these type of videos because I am a motorcyclist and I know what we go through. However, this was CLEARLY the motorcyclist's fault. I have done some crazy shit, but never something as stupid as that. I hope he is ok at least.

@strictlyninja Both to blame I think, unless the bike moved to pass after the turn initiated. Yes the biker passed in a bad situation AND ignored the turn signal, but the driver never cleared behind him before initiating a U-turn.

The man pulled to the right to make that u turn, clearly out of view of the biker, then suddenly he pulls out to the left. The biker figured he was stopping on that side. The car should've been more aware and taken more precaution. It would be no different if it were a car and not a motorcycle that hit the other car.
