London Surgery For Blinded Al Qaeda Victim
An Iraqi girl who was left blinded and disfigured by an al Qaeda car bomb has begun treatment in Britain that may restore some of her sight. Three-year-old Shams Kareem's mother was killed in the Baghdad blast. Thomas Moore reports.
