The mistake wasn't the breaking, that was necessary - it was passing at high speed without looking forward first to see where traffic was at a standstill. Normally when you hit someone in front you get the ticket because you didn't keep a safe distance, which is driver's education 101. However, I'm sure dash cam video here would prove to any insurance company or judge that they had no time to add distance as a result of the pass and sudden stop and inability to see around the melee. Lesson learned: Use the seat belt. If he had used it he wouldn't have smashed his face in the steering wheel and wouldn't have been so distracted that he accelerated into the car in front.

fucking bunch of drunk idiots! Both drivers. The overtaking car HAD TO stop because of the dead stopped traffic ahead, the idiot behind him ran into him (which makes it his fault legally,) not once but twice! And I thought Asians in Canada couldn't drive... these people suck!
