@Bribarian Seriously, can you imagine the positive impact on America if you ran some 10 year program where you stuck a couple Provincial Reconstruction Teams into major city ghettos alongside a highly structured budget of a couple billion dollars every year? Not only would you get actual results but you could seriously jumpstart an economic revival.
