I can't decide who is more wrong, the speeding driver, the impatient driver from opposite direction who occupied part of the lane thus blocking the speeding driver's view or simply the pedestrian who cross the road, even if she look, maybe it's hard to avoid? I don't know since he was speeding and would he able to see it in time? It is hard to tell. I think all played a role in the accident.
