The brilliant Dr Francis Schaeffer calls it a "New Order" that will emerge as a global governing body after the collapse of the old order under increasing external and internal pressures brought about in consequence of a disappearing foundation of moral absolutes. This was long before George Bush Sr ever openly coined the term NWO.

The New Order will be a manipulative order rather than an autocratic one like Stalinism or Naziism, and will come in the form of increased use of behavioral modification by the use of chemicals, genetic engineering, etc, and by societal manipulation by the use of mainstream media propaganda, etc.

"For many, what they see on television is more true than what they see with their eyes in the external world"

One fascinating insight that Dr Schaeffer has observed is that those who become aware of the subversive nature of this new ruling elite, and who also lack the objective moral foundation of the previous order, will be the very people who will bring about the state of chaos out of which the New Order will emerge. Reminds me of Alex Jones and his ardent followers.

In other words, there will be no change for the better no matter how much people become enlightened by the criminal activities of the new order without a return and wholesale embracing of fundamentalist reformation style Christianity in the present day. Now, what are the chances of that happening?

Compare the wisdom and intellect of this man with the ridiculous rantings of delusional and now eternally damned stooges like Christopher Hitchens and his Jerry Springer style of pseudo intellectualism, or the bookseller and pretender Richard Dawkins, or any of the other puppets of the new Atheist movement today.
