I have dealt with hundreds of schizophrenics over the years.
In one of the classes I have taken; they have you put on headphones with audio of about five different people talking/yelling at the same time. Your job is to pick one voice and try to understand what that single voice is saying.
The audio is about three minutes or so. I couldn’t even come close to doing it, and I had a freaking headache from trying to do it.
They explained this is what schizophrenics live with al More..

He's schizophrenic and in the middle of a psychotic break.... and off his medication....
A small chemical imbalance in the brain chemistry and you go from being and thinking normal... to what this guy is doing and saying and thinking.
Sad.... and remember kiddies, some drugs will put you in a state like this and there are no guarantees you'll ever be the same again.

@Tinkertailor Things you said happened one of my friends son (rip) like 25 years ago but we never knew what the schizophrenic attack was (bcuz poor medical education and bad govt policies).
