  • it's so fucking tragic all i can do is laugh .....

I mean, seriously, at no point did the policemen attending think to themselves "hold on a moment - we've taken this one a little too far?".

At no point did their boss ask "hold on - what happened to that dude you pulled in earlier?".

At no point did a doctor reasonably say "yep - i reckon that after the xray and finger poking, there's a good chance there's nothing",

there'll be a queue of lawyers lin More..

  • He would be better off if he was and illegal drug dealer-- who shot at the cops--the cops shot back and hit him as he crossed back across the border-- The cops would be in jail and he would be awarded $5 million for having his civil rights violated.

Our country is so screwed and screwed up

  • What a shitty action! This will get expensive (for the taxpayer). Hope everybody who took part in this crime (judge, doctors, cops etc.) gets fired and sued. Is there no common sense any more?

  • I read about this earlier today -- gross misconduct from the officer, judge, hospital staff and anyone who allowed this to continue.

I truly hope a jury awards him a ton of money. It's not like this guy was just inconvenienced for an hour and held without charges -- he was molested and violated in the worst ways.

The stop sign was on private property, in which case the police can do absolutely nothing.

  • Even if he had drugs, kidnapping, sodomy, and forcible penetration of any kind is a far worse crime, the cops should be jailed for 20-life in a maximum security prison with a big cell mate named Bubba.

    • @KildaBlax You have a point there. Perhaps any monetary judgement should be paid by the Cops, and the doctors, and the Judge. After all it was these clown who did the crime.

I see a lot of joking on this post, but this is serious shit. Listen up, this is not how things should go. All you potheads are partially responsible for this man being put through all this hassle.
      Think about it.

    • @Beefo I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you, sir.

Potheads are most certainly not partially responsible, or in the slightest. That's an absolutely ridiculous, outrageous, assertion. A plant that harms nobody, which is consumed by those that harm nobody, are NOT responsible for the actions of these overzealous, badge wearing, gun toting, revenue generating, shitbags.

Now, if the man was found with any kind of paraphernalia, excessive amounts of currency, or had previous co More..

    • @Beefo
As a pothead who's never approached an officer with "what appears to be clinched buttocks", I take issue with your last sentence. The officers, doctors, and jugdes involved are 100% to blame for this one......don't try to put the blame on people who are trying to reform the laws so that nobodies asshole gets probed by the police.

    • @sirmoneymakpimpwether Well, if you are a pothead, you will one day pay for it. As I said though, it is drug addicts like you, who have caused the cops to go haywire in approaching people. Why do I call you a drug Addict? Because you deny you have a problem with an illegal drug.
If it becomes legal, I personally hope you smoke yourself into a permanent haze, but until then, you are one of the causes of this sort of thing.

    • @KildaBlax Somehow you seem to think I approved of what the cops did. I do not. They went overboard, and need to be held on charges, and personally pay restitution to the guy.
However, it is potheads who are the cause of this sort of thing. I don;t give a shit if Nixon fucked his dog in the oval office (He was an asshole BTW) the fact is it is still illegal, and drug addicts such as yourself refuse to admit to being the problem.
NOW as for your dreaming that POT kills nobody, then read this.

Yes but still it would seem a hollow victory--hollow like his asshole cavity the cops raped.

This is on par with an alien abduction the wackos speak of. Insanity!

The cops are probably all on paid administrative leave now...(an extra >TAX PAYER< paid vacation to enjoy)

      That's like a reward.

  • After the initial search, I think it would be within a citizens rights to claim self-defence in killing the officer/doctor that's raping them. And why is there a huge ethical boundry between the counties....one doctor tells cops it's unethical and refuses, a few miles away a doctor says "we'll rape him AND send him a bill for our services!".

  • So much for civil rights.
And You know, had he resisted in any way shape or form, they would have tazed him, and then still done all this shit to him in jail.
Where will this shit end at? How much farther will they take things?
This clearly was wrong, yet, they have the ability to do what they wish. A perfect case where someone needed to be video taping all this horseshit going on.
I hope the guy walks away a mulch-millionaire.
