not sure where this is.. but i have been to one in Brazil like this.Sao Paulo cidade all or most of the illegal stuff is brought over from Paraguay over the friendship bridge between the 2 countries usually in front of corrupt border guards.Paraguay does not stop the rip offs,and every couple years the Brazil feds have a big crack down on them all to try n show the international community they are trying to stamp it out.i saw films before the official release date all the time.
