    • @USA1 Dont hate on football. Team M'erica is actually getting pretty good. They have some very good players currently in England playing in the premiership. Clint Dempsey is a player to be proud of when you consider the performance he put in for fullum last season.

    Congrats to Spain indeed, even though I found this EM one of the most boring ones during the last decade. Except Greece surviving the group games there were absolutely no surprise winning teams, all teams that were expected to win won, except from spain and Italy nearly no other team played an attractive kind of soccer.
    Whereas during the final Italy let Spain play whatever they wanted and so the quality of the Spanish style still seems to be a bit overrated in my opinion.

      I'm not saing the Spanish soccer team is generally overrated and I'm sure (and I wrote that in my above post) that Spain is one of very few teams to play an attractive and modern soccer style.

      Nevertheless during this Euro Spain has had the advantage that most teams they played played quite harmless. Italy for example played agressive pressing and attacking against Germany. They were better than the Germans in every aspect. Then again in the final they let Spain do whatever the More..

  • Really liked this video, apart from having to look at Ronaldo's gurning bake every 5 seconds! Glad Portugal didn't put Spain out on Penalties as that was the classiest performance in a final I have ever witnessed. Never mind Italy going down to ten men, even with 12 on the pitch Spain would have hammered them! Unbelievable!
