One of the 'Free Syrian' Terrorists becomes delirious in the operating theatre. He calls out to those around him to scream along with him, and the operation turns into a farce as they all scream together.
At the end, one of his companions commends the injured man and appears to be very happy while the man is in panic on the operating table.
My comments
Just the usual nonsense from an Assad propaganda puppet. The Assad regime declares all opposition as terrorism, but of course that is a lie. The Syrian government is a brutal dictatorship . The only way to change it is through force of arms.

That is as wel as his hypocritical, tendentious, inaccurate, boring, and just plain wrong editorials (sermons).

poor guy. hope he get's well soon. i can't really comment on the situation in syria, allthough assads bombing of cities with aircraft and artillery seems to be rather unethical.
and for the shouting: this is useful in this situation. it gives the patient a feeling of safety and comfort. it might save them some painkillers to use for someone who is in an even worse condition. they seem to have pretty good medical attention for their fighters which is crucial.
hopefully this war is over soon.
