  • That's a 30mph zone. If you look at the movement speed rate of all the other cars and compare it with the time you could say it is correct. Ok... so the biker was quicker in speed than the rest of the cars but only slightly (definately not 50mph!), about 35mph. But this is tolerable by police and speed cams but some things that have zero tolerance would be such as illegal U-turns and driving without due care and attention.     • biker was clearly going twice as fast as the car and had no time to even brake .... thats why i never speed that much in town .. regardless of the car doing a u turn was bikers fault so there !!! not anti bike as ride myself

    • looks like his rate of speed was constant and it happened to quickly to react. he was obeying the law and riding in the right hand part of the lane like you are should while driving a motorcycle to the cars in the right lane can see you. it was totally the cars fault for disregarding the flow of traffic in pulling through a lane to make an illegal u-turn. pretty low to blame the victim.

    • Listen, dickwad. When you are driving in ONE lane, and a car is in the OTHER lane, no one is "passing" anyone. Vehicles are constantly moving ahead or behind vehicles in other lanes. If I'm in the center lane and a car is in the curb lane, how am I supposed to know he's going to do an unsignalled U-turn? I'm just driving in my own lane.

  • Um, the bike could have been riding a lot slower.
    He seemed to be going lickety split (let me calibrate that for you...) and I agree at that point there was no reversing thrusters... always presume a car in front of you is going to fuck you over, as I presume, and you can't go wrong - and you end up riding like a granny - and you get to keep your purty face and your bones.
