BEATRICE, Neb. (KABC) -- A teenage mother and her boyfriend were convicted of child abuse after photos were discovered of a toddler duct-taped to a wall.

A friend came forward and showed police pictures of the boy with his wrists taped to the wall behind him.

One photo shows the boy with his hands taped shut.

In another, he struggles to get his sippy cup, which is taped to the wall just out of his reach.

Prosecutors said the boy's mother and her boyfriend were high on drugs and duct-taped the boy for fun.

The mother is out of jail and has custody of her son again.
