Well, yes. A lot af reconstructing surgery to be done there.
Assuming he did not sustain brain injury and he will survive, they will need to fix his jaw and many other facial bones, that only to begin with in order to rebuild his face structure.
Then he'll have to cope with nerve damage (I can think of at least 6 major nerves that must have been damaged and repairing them is a true challenge with no guarantee of success.

The damage seems to be limited to a split jaw. The nose appears to still be there, in addition to at least some of the upper front teeth and upper lip.
If that's correct, he'll have a relatively good chance of recovering to a normal life -- assuming that he's got a doctor who knows what he's doing and that he can afford a set of implanted teeth for the jaw.
I hope his tongue makes it (and the doctor doesn't mess up the nerves leading to it), as it increases quality of life significantly.

I'm not. I've seen people really messed up, and while this induhvidual was certainly badly off, it *looks* like with the proper care he could have been brought back to mostly normal life. (Emphasis on the "looks", as the video is not that great.)
According to one of the posts the induhvidual died 2 days later. I suspect he had elevated intracranial pressure (read: swelling of the brain) that can bring about death if not properly addressed.
