  • I had business at 99 High St. and came in by train to South Station. When I crossed to go onto High St. I passed right by this area.
    The smell was HORRIFIC!!!! A combination of urine, feces, and the worst BO you can imagine. IV needles were all over in the planters.

    Clean them out.
