Yeah. My next door neighbor works for CSX Rail here in Florida.He drives I think a Ford F-350 with track wheels that drop down when engaged to ride the tracks.

Because Florida is build on a swamp, the land is always rising or falling depending on rainfall.They have to maintain the tracks all the time because of that and sinkholes, so I see these trucks all the time on the rails. Couple times a month. My neighbor's truck has a train airhorn that sounds just like a train.

It's a high-rail railway maintenance vehicle. We have mobile track welding units here in the states that look just like this one.
