It's okay to be a conspiracy theorist if you're Bill Maher

A clip from the Nov. 14 episode of HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher. CTC411.com

Well, well, well ... the guy who loves to throw around the dim-witted term "conspiracy theorist." He makes sure to distance himself from "conspiracy theorists" by saying "I'm always skeptical of conspiracy theorists" as he conveys his favorite conspiracy theory about a partnership between business and government.

Bill read an article in Rolling Stone by Naomi Klein regarding her theory called the Shock Doctrine. Government purposely ignores things like Katrina and other disasters so big business can step in and clean up the mess at great profit. He goes on to describe the connections of the people behind the scenes who seem to coincidentally be in the right place at the right time all the time. Anyway, check out the video below.

Hmmm - why can Bill concentrate long enough to put those puzzle pieces together but he has nothing but scorn for the 911 truth movement? I guess it is only okay to theorize and gather evidence on conspiracies in the United States as long as they have nothing to do with controlled demolition.
